Jenn Davis is a native Texan who lived in Omaha, Nebraska for several years before returning home to Texas. She lives in Dallas with her husband and their pets, including a couple of parrots and two Border Collies.

She studied art at the University of North Texas, and has a large art studio out of her home - visitors welcome by appointment. For two years, she had a studio located at Hot Shops Art Center near downtown Omaha. Although she's glad to be home, she greatly misses her artist friends in Omaha.

Jenn's style can best be described as quirky and eclectic. Although she excels at photorealism (see Dallas Arboretum) and is known best for her pet portraits and cartoons, she loves to explore a variety of styles, media and subject matter. Her favorite working media is the clean simplicity of pencil, but occasionally she catches a Jackson Pollock type inspiration and throws paint all over whatever she can find in a fit of abstract fervor.  She greatly admires abstract artists.
